I purchase a new lexus every year and I have bought 6 new lexus from Nathan Shorey and I have followed him to this dealership. I have worked with alot of salespeople in my time and by far Nathan has been the lexus from Nathan Shorey and I have followed him to this dealership. He knows what I want and I am in and out and the deal is done. Nathan makes sure after the car has been deliveried he always calls to make sure that all my needs have been met and that service is good to me. He likes to know when I am coming in for servise so he can come say hi just a great guy to deal with. More

I have been leasing from Herb chambers for 7 years now and each experience has been good. This past experience by far was the best. Since I knew exactly what I wanted (to trade in my leased 2008 RX350 f and each experience has been good. This past experience by far was the best. Since I knew exactly what I wanted (to trade in my leased 2008 RX350 for a new 2010 model)I went to the dealer with expectations (that I thought may have been high) but, Nathan was quick, business like and we came to an agreement in a half an hour. I don't know about you but, in my book that's quick. The agreement we came to exceeded my expectations and I picked up my new 2010 RX350 the next day....ya can't beat that !! Nathan was great and I'll be looking for him when I trade my 2010 in for the 2012 model !!! :) More

I have previously leased my vehicles and was looking to purchase a certified pre-owned vehicle this time around. We were immediately greeted by Cliff Blacker who walked us through the whole process of purchasing a certified pre-owned vehicle as well as bringing us on a test drive. He was extremely informative and professional. We also dealt quite a bit with Charles Saghbini and he was of great assistance. I did not feel pressured as I have in the past with dealerships and I truly enjoyed my experience. I was initially overwhelmed with the thought of purchasing as opposed to leasing but Cliff and Charles made me feel confident with the vehicle I purchased.
