I went into Herb Chambers Lexus not knowing the kind of car that I had wanted to get. I needed to be in a certain price range, but also wanted a car with a warranty. On that recommendation alone, I decided to drive to the dealership the following day for the test drive. I had an exceptional experience with this dealership. EVERYONE was extremely nice, very service orientated and there was no-pressure at all. I was fully educated during every step of the process, received contact information if I had additional question, received informative responses and I felt like a trusted partner rather than just another sale. I had the car purchased within 4 days, they gave me great value for my trade-in, I was very pleased with their price - on a 2010 Lexus RX 350- and they even drove the car up to me in NH for delivery. From the moment we walked into the dealership it was a great experience. The sales person I worked with was Chris Essor and he was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He listened carefully to what I was looking for and then we took a test drive. He worked hard to find me the car I wanted and I left the price negotiation feeling that I got a good deal with all the extras I wanted. The remainder of the process went well and Chris even offered to deliver the car the following day to my home. I love my new car and have told everyone about my experience at Herb Chambers Lexus and my salesperson, Chris Essor. I already have one friend that is going to look up Chris next time he is in the market for a car. More
