I hate the car buying experience. But my experience at Herb Chambers Lexus was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. Nathan Shorey (salesman) was great. Pricing was excellent and all options explained to me. I was shocked when he said go home and get your title and we will have the car ready when you get back. They took care of the registration and all paper work that day. When I returned, the car was ready and I drove off. Service appointments have been very easy. They ask when I want an appointment, and thats when it is. The service representatives are also very friendy and knowledgable. Work is always done quickly and the car returned washed and cleaned. I certainly would recommend this dealership and salesman to all my family and friends. I will not hesitate to return for my next car when the time arrives. More

Jay provided a nice tour of the dealership and once the sales process began, he took the time to understand what kind of vehicle we were interested in buying and the options we were looking for. Once we agreed on a price, Jay kept in constant contact with us via e-mail and phone right up to vehicle delivery. He he conducted a follow-up phone call to se how the new vehicle was running and if there is anything we need, for us to give him a call. This eliminated much of the "legwork" done when buying a new car, and made the experience less stressfull, and much more enjoyable. Amanda also directed me to a salesperson who had many years of experience and knowledge about the types of cars I was interested in. This salesman was great, as he did not try to pressure me into making a hasty purchase. I also felt the salesperson was sincerely looking out for my best interest throughtout the entire process. Spending time in a dealership to go through paper work etc, can sometimes be a long process but Jackie made my time there actually enjoyable. I appreciate the fact that she was truly dedicated to making sure that all of my questions/concerns were met. I can't say enough great things about herb chambers and my experience with Jackie. Also, I must say that the cafe is also a great idea for a dealership. The coffee and the snacks were great and it was nice to have a place to go when visiting the dealership! They helped my wife and me find an RX-350 in the exact color combination we desired. We test drove similar vehicles to the one we purchased to make sure it was the right type of vehicle for us. Then Amanda and Jackie searched for the exact vehicle in our price range. The dealership provides complimentary drinks and snacks for all its customers and never tries to pressure customers into buying a vehicle. I would recommend Herb Chambers Lexus to friends and family members looking to purchase a luxury vehicle. More
I went to this dealership with the intent of purchasing a vehicle, and they did everything possible to screw it up and push me to go somewhere else. My wife had made contact with Charles Saghbini and let it vehicle, and they did everything possible to screw it up and push me to go somewhere else. My wife had made contact with Charles Saghbini and let it be known that we were coming in to purchase a 2010 RX350, and we actually made an appointment to test drive and purchase the vehicle. We also made it clear we did not want to waste a lot of time doing this and haggling over the price. My wife brought in her trade to be appraised, the title and registration, and was upfront about what we were looking for in price. All-in-all, my wife was put off from the moment she arrived. The salesperson was slow, and the process kept dragging on and was a waste of time. Even though we had called ahead the vehicle to test drive was not ready and the salesman had to figure out where it was and to go get the vehicle (it is a huge lot!). When I finally arrived to begin negotiations, I told them of the price I was looking for. I don't know about you, but I am a busy professional and I don't have time for the usual games when it comes to price haggling. I decided to leave after the Sales Manager told me they would lose money on the transaction at the price I was asking for. I had researched this in depth and knew exactly what my trade was worth and what the new car was selling for given present market conditions. So, I left and called another dealership that weekend, and over the phone was given a price that was actually LOWER than the price I was looking for...go figure. On a final note this dealership also knew in advance that we would be putting a deposit down on a new 2010 GX 460. Despite this, they were still intent on squeezing every last dollar out of me, and then told me that the price I was asking for was too low. At the other dealership where I purchased the RX350, they did not know I was also interested in purchasing a 2010 GX460, and yet still gave me a lower price over the phone without meeting me. In essence, this dealership in Sharon lost two sales. More
