Robert Ross was exceptionally professional and even with a few hiccups with financing, Mr. Ross kept me informed every step of the way. When I finally arrived to sign paperwork and hopefully take my new vehicle home I was told I would have to wait until the next day since Robert Ross was off for the day. 2 hours later it received a phone call from Robert and on his day off he went in to work and handled my plates and insurance and informed me that I could pick up my car. After arriving home from Boston via commuter rail my car in parking lot had a flat tire - hit a pot hole in am.
