I have been through a few Lexus vehicles. I continue returning to this dealership because of the great service and value they continue to provide to their clients. My most recent visit involved the sales expertise of Sanjay Khairmode and Ming 'Sam' Li, purchasing a 2014 Lexus IS 250 AWD. I was comfortable with the price of the car and had a very pleasant experience while at the dealership. Sanjay continued to follow up with me in the days after the car was purchased (I was able to drive it away that day!) to make sure everything was running smoothly and if I had any questions. I had a few concerns about the condition of the interior of the car that I hadn't noticed before I drove it away (oil finger prints on the side wall of the interior), but once mentioned to Sanjay, he was all over it and ready to get that rectified, no questions asked. Just another example of how considerate everyone at this dealership is of their clients. Overall I don't think I could ever leave the Lexus brand and part of that is because of the great service I receive at Herb Chambers Lexus. More

I had a planned to visit 6 dealerships last Saturday and started with Lexus of Sharon since it was closest to me. But it didn't stop there, I was continually impressed by the quick paper work, the extended warranty and tire protection sold by business manager Clayton Zak. Also, other things like the free car washes when ever I want and loaner cars from the service department has made Lexus of Sharon my new dealership. We were having our car serviced and went into the showroom just to look at the newer vehicles when Robert Williams walked up to us and asked if we needed any help? To our surprise when we sat down to talk to him they had just received a shipment of new 2014 Lexus 350's and had the color that we really liked available. We were going to wait until the end of the year, but when we heard this from Robert we were amazed at all of the new features that were in the 2014 models. Robert worked very hard to get us the best deal possible that could work within our budget. He transferred the plates, made sure car the was cleaned, had a full tank of gas and that all of our possessions in our car were transferred into our new vehicle (In the freezing cold). Plus he was very knowledgeable about all the new features of the 2014 models and went through every one of them with us. Love that they have the blind spot lights in the mirrors, automatic lights at night and are compatible with my I phone. He was such a pleasure and made our experience very enjoyable. I am SO happy with the service I received at Lexus of Sharon. They not only provided valet-service and picked up my car from my home for it's 20,000 oil change but they also buffed out and touch-up pain Sharon.
