Alex Guia was very professional, upfront, honest, during the purchasing process, Alex was very helpful in having damage repaired to the passenger side of my LS 460 L . The vehicle paint and molding was damaged 20 minutes from leaving the dealership on its maiden voyage to its new home by a large piece of metal being strewn from a speeding vehicle. The entire staff did a wonderful job in repairing the damage as if it never happened. The vehicle I had been looking at (used) had just been traded in, and it had a scratch on the front bumper and the rims were badly damaged, Sanjay assured me that they would be fixed properly and the car would be showroom ready at the time of pick up. Herb chambers even supplied me with a loaner car while my vehicle was being repaired for final sale. I had my doubts about the repairs, but when I arrived to pick up the car it looked amazing! He kept his word, and the dealership did a great job with the repairs, you couldn't even tell they were ever damaged. We wanted to buy a 2013 Lexus ES 350, so I went phone shopping. So after I finished calling all the area Lexus dealers/pricing the car, we hopped in the old car with the kids and headed down to Sharon for our appointment. It was a cold and rainy day, so we were happy to enter the well-lit and expansive showroom. Their café had awesome free snacks/drinks/ice cream, and my kids loved the play area that had a glass partition so I could watch them while I took in the Patriots game in front of one of the biggest fireplaces I have ever seen. Our salesperson was Sanjay Khairmode, and he did not disappoint. He showed us the car they had, and he and my husband took it for a test drive. Needless to say, we bought the car and felt like we got a great deal, especially after all the shopping we did. We also got a great discount on the extended warranty, which I felt was a must due to all the ES 350's expensive bells and whistles that might break down the line. Sanjay spent a good amount of time explaining the car's features to us, and later followed up with phone calls to see how we were doing. Maybe this is part of their shtick, but I got a warm and fuzzy feeling anyway. Overall a great car buying experience. More

We had dealt with Spero before and specifically requested him again because our past experience with him was wonderful. He is a true gentleman and never puts any pressure on you to buy. He makes sure the vehicle you purchase is the best one for you. We wanted a specific color this time, but there was none at the dealership, but we had every confidence Spero would find one for us, and he did! He also spent a lot of time acquainting us with all the car's features and told us to call or come in any time if we were unsure about how to operate something.
