In all the years I have been bringing cars in for service appointments I can honestly say that my experience at Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon has been by far the best. He always returns calls promptly, makes sure i know exactly what is going on and how long a service will take and really goes the extra mile to find a solution to a problem. ( I just want to point out that there are very rarely problems!) I recently had an annoying rattle in the rear of my GX and I couldn't figure out what it was. Danny was right on top of it! He drove the car, rode in back to hear the noise better and never gave up until the problem was solved! Recently my car was rear ended by another driver. Danny and I decided to wait until I got back from vacation before repairs would be started. I didn't even get a chance to call Danny, he called me to schedule the appointment! As I said earlier, he is awesome. I am driving my second Lexus purchased at Herb Chambers and I anticipate many more years of Lexus driving through this dealership and I am hoping Danny is there for every mile! More

He also takes the initiative to inform me of what service will be needed in the future so I can plan accordingly. I have never felt like he is trying to sell me something I don't need, which can be a common practice within vehicle service departments.
