I purchased a new GX 470 in 2007 from this dealership and unfortunately had many problems with it--which I understand is very unusual for this car. Nevertheless, it needed to be serviced several times in the unfortunately had many problems with it--which I understand is very unusual for this car. Nevertheless, it needed to be serviced several times in the first couple of years which I did not expect in a new luxury vehicle! Needless to say, I was extremely unhappy. Ultimately, I decided to trade it in for an RX 350, which I came to like after driving them so often when my new car was being serviced. I worked directly with the manager of this dealership, Paul Cunha. He personally assisted me with the trade-in process and completely stood behind the vehicle I had purchased. He gave me a more-than-fair deal on a 2010 RX and I now have a car that I love. I was very impressed with Paul's availability to me as a customer and his attention to turning me into a happy customer, which was no easy task after what I had been though. I would highly recommend this dealership and tell you that you can be confident in your purchase made here as they stand behind their vehicles. More

Prior to walking into Herb Chambers I had been researing many vehicle options and entering many dealerships. His follow-up and communication was beyond reproach and even after that sale he has made every effort to make sure that we have been satified with our vehicle purchase. As a dealership the Herb Chambers dealership is a top notched facility in ever way. The service department compliments the sales department unlike the numerous dealerships that we have dealt with over the years. My only minor blip was a business manager completely underestimating the trade in value but Mr. Coston's integrity and professionalism was the reason we made the purchase. He made you feel like more than a customer and he more than a salesman. He came across as a person you could sit with and have dinner with or share a glass of wine.
