It is an unbelievable dealership and the quality of the showroom was the best I have ever seen. They obviously really want to make sure they treat their customers with the utmost respect and give them all the conveniences possible (including upscale bathrooms, coffee bar, waiting areas, etc.). Robert stayed with me pretty much all day and the other people I dealt with were really friendly, too (Bill Shaw, Cheryl, Neil and Jackie, etc, etc). I did not have a good experience at Lexus of Watertown and I'm glad I drove all the way down to Sharon to purchase this beautiful vehicle from a really fantastic group of people, especially Robert!!
