I first want to say, the deciding factor of buying a 2010 ES 350 was Robert Williams. I was very comfortable with him, trusted him and will probably stay loyal to him in all my families future car purchases ES 350 was Robert Williams. I hate looking for new cars but because by lease was up with my Toyota Tundra in September I hade to. I decided I wanted to buy a new luxury car. For the last 15 years I have owned/leased Toyota Trucks. I thought I was staying with Toyota and was going to buy a new Toyota Avalon but figured I should check out the Lexus ES 350 and the Infinti G37. I vistied (a few times) Toyota and then Inifinti. I liked both cars but still didn't feel comfortable about making the big investment. I then went to Lexus and looked at the ES 350. Rob made me feel very comfortable, he was very honest and very thorough about explaining the ES 350. We went to Herb Chambers Lexus in Sharon, MA, on Saturday before Mother's Day to buy a Car. We had hard time connecting with the sales professional initially assigned to us. So, we walked away from the dealership and came again on Sunday, the Mother's Day. Lena Calo, the Internet Sales Professional I was in touch with, was not working on Sunday (She was not working on Saturday either). Amanda, an Internet Sales Professional and a colleague of Lena at Herb Chambers in Sharon, quickly and very elegantly stepped in the shoes of Lena and she provided us with top notch and very professional service. She maintained her professionalism and treated us with dignity and was very easy to deal with; It was, indeed, a pleasure to deal with her. She then set us up with Rick Saghbini who was every bit as good as Amanda and was also very easy to deal with. Rick always maintained a lovely smile on his face and we truly believed that Rick was there to help us buy a good car. We also met Lena Calo during the next couple of days and she was very good and extremely friendly as well. So, between Amanda, Rick and Lena, my wife and I were really impressed and had a great overall experience; and, it was a pleasure to buy a Lexus at Herb Chambers in Sharon, MA. So, because of tremendous Customer Service, very knowledgeable staff in all areas and extremely friendly disposition of the staff for whome customer comes first, I have and will keep this dealership to family and friends. We were so pleased with our first purchase experience, that we asked for Spero when we were ready to buy again. He is a very pleasant and knowledgable representative of your dealership. Spero and tha rest of the staff that we met worked very hard to get me the exact vehicle that I wanted. He kept me updated daily on the progress. When my new RX350 was ready, Spero made himself available on my schedule and the transfer went extremely well. The entire experience was very pleasant and at no time did I feel pressured or that I might have to settle for what was easily available. Spero and the rest of the staff that I dealt with were extremely pleasant and professional. The Herb Chambers family can be very proud of the people that work at the Lexus dealership. I was extremely disappointed in the way my problem with 2002 Lexus RX300 was handled. I bought this car from this dealership and with 99,000 it starting smoking upon start up. I brought the car in for eval 2002 Lexus RX300 was handled. I bought this car from this dealership and with 99,000 it starting smoking upon start up. I brought the car in for evaluation after reading about the recall for sludge engines with this model. The recall was for unlimited miles and 8 years and 120 days. By the time I had brought the car in, I had owned it for 8 years 140 days. The "Official" diagnosis was that the sludge engine had nothing to do with the valve seals malfunctioning. I live 45 minutes from the dealership so after the warranty expired, I went to local shops to keep the car maintained. I provided copy of receipts of BETTER than owners manual recommended oil change maintenance. After having my car for 19 days with my calling the dealer 12 times with only 6 call backs,(3 after I told them to get my car ready for me to pick up)the best offer I had was to Split the cost of the repair. My 1/2 was to be $2300.00. I had it quoted a local repair shop and their price was 1/2 of my half. They worst part of the whole deal was i was told if I would continued to bring it them they would have "taken care of it". The bottom line is they don't stand behind the product they sell.I asked them to give me a quote on my trading my car in on a new car but after waiting 10 days with no response,that only after telling them I was done with them did I get a quote. They offered me a generous deal on a new car but I was so feed up with the service I just wanted my car back and be done with them. If I buy another Lexus ( I own 2 ) it won't be from this dealership. More

This time I wanted to slim down my payments, so I looked at the GM, Toyota and Honda SUV's. Out of curiosity, I went to a dealer in RI and got a price for another Lexus RX350. They quoted a price that I could justify, but unfortunately they did not have a white one on the lot and would get one. With the information I visited Lexus of Norwood and asked for Spiro, who I've leased my last 3 vehicles from. Spero always handles each sale in a very professional manner and this go around, he gave me a better deal than the RI dealer. Very happy! Yes, I would recommend him to my friends. More
Rob provided my best car bying experience ever. This is my sixth new car and I have never felt that I was allowed to buy the car of my choosing without having the dealer "push" his car. Wer informed Mr. Irfan that we are interested in buying the SUV and we asked him what would be the best price for the SUV, he then brought in another professional and gentleman by the name of Mr. Charles Sagbini, he was very knowleagable as to his profession and he wrote down the lowest price they could sell the Lexus for, me and my wife looked at each other and we were amased at the price, we thaught it was an error,but it sure was not and it was the right price, so we ended buying the 2010 GX460, and we love it, not only that it made my wife extremely happy. Word of advise, if you are in the market for a Lexus, you have nothing to loose but a whole lot of money to save, check this dealership out and ask for MR.
