I visited Herb Chambers Lexus on December 12, which happened to be a very horrible weather day. I was very pleased when I walked into the showroom to see how clean it was even though I would have been happened to be a very horrible weather day. I was greeted by Robert Williams who in turn took myself and my two children on a tour of the entire dealership. I was very impressed by the overall spaciousness as well as cleanliness throughout the entire building. This dealership is very accomodating whether you are a single professional or a family looking to buy a new car. We test drove 2 cars that day and neither time did we have to go out in the weather. The cars were pulled right up to the front door with a covered awning. I was also very impressed with the amount of cars inside the showroom. There was no need to go out to the lot to see any particular car.They were all right there. Robert made me and my children very comfortable with the experience and I would definitely go back to Robert for my next car. More

They took care of the registration and all paper work that day. When I returned, the car was ready and I drove off. Service appointments have been very easy. They ask when I want an appointment, and thats when it is. The service representatives are also very friendy and knowledgable. Work is always done quickly and the car returned washed and cleaned. I certainly would recommend this dealership and salesman to all my family and friends. I will not hesitate to return for my next car when the time arrives. More
