My purpose today was to have my car serviced. Right from the beginning I was greeted by Julio who always remembers me by my name. Another gentleman walked me over to Mark I didn't get his name bu Right from the beginning I was greeted by Julio who always remembers me by my name. He answered all my questions and was very personable. I also asked him a last minute question and was on top of it. He ended up getting my answer right as I was leaving. Monica was great! I have a Lexus NX with less than 35,000 miles on it and recently saw that it was slowly leaking coolant. I took it in to the Lexus in Sharon and it ended up being a leaking water pump. Given that this my car has low mileage, and am a loyal customer Monica brought it to her Manager and they called Lexus directly to see if there was anything they could do for me. Lexus ended up agreeing to cover the full cost of the work and parts which was going to be over $1,000. She has followed up with me and has gone out of her way to ensure I had had a positive experience. More
