We’ve had several service reps over the years, all good, but Ronni Travers, who has been “ours” for the last several years, is par excellence. She always goes above and beyond for us. This dealership is nearly an hour away from us but we wouldn’t think of going elsewhere. Today, we met a new member of the company; Ariel helped us with our loaner car, inspecting it for dents to note. She has eagle eyes and spotted things we could hardly see. You cannot go wrong here. Received a pre-collision system malfunction alert on the Lexus Enform App after Safelite replaced my windshield. Being a safety issue I wanted Lexus to look at it. I spoke with someone at Lexus who said the Lexus Enform App after Safelite replaced my windshield. Being a safety issue I wanted Lexus to look at it. I spoke with someone at Lexus who said they were going to have Mark call me to discuss the problem. Mark called me within minutes of that conversation. He scheduled an appointment to look at my car same day within a couple hours of speaking to him. They did a scan on my car right when I arrived to verify Safelite did the recalibration correctly & that everything was fine. Everything checked out fine with only a reset needing to be done. Mark & Lexus helped to resolve the issue very expeditiously. More
