As always Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon Service Department comes through. I hit a pothole and my run flat tire wouldn't get me to the dealer so my car was towed up to the dealer and my Service Con Department comes through. He let me know when the car arrived and then what the problem was. Since I had purchased the tire package when I bought the car so the bulk of the service was covered.
