I was locked out of my car. I contacted DANNY BLINN to ask if the dealership had a key to unlock the door. In 35 minutes an employee of Herb Chambers Lexus (Sharon) was at my location with a key. He always returns calls promptly, makes sure i know exactly what is going on and how long a service will take and really goes the extra mile to find a solution to a problem. ( I just want to point out that there are very rarely problems!) I recently had an annoying rattle in the rear of my GX and I couldn't figure out what it was. Danny was right on top of it! He drove the car, rode in back to hear the noise better and never gave up until the problem was solved! Recently my car was rear ended by another driver. Danny and I decided to wait until I got back from vacation before repairs would be started. I didn't even get a chance to call Danny, he called me to schedule the appointment! As I said earlier, he is awesome.
