After speaking with my service team about this situation it appears that your vehicle's breaks were badly worn from normal wear and tear over 4 years of driving. Before preforming any work, we discussed everything with you. It is my understanding that you have decided to reach out to Lexus on this issue and are still waiting to hear back from them. Michael , thanks for reaching out. Your service team is who inspected my car and brakes for the last 4 years and never told me that there was an issue? Never made note how many mm I had on my brakes, Until yesterday telling me, I am now down to 1mm..and that my Rotors are so bad I need new ones. So, if your company is servicing my car for the last 4 years, why did no one make notice before yesterday this is not quality care. And I have asked over 100 live people who live in Massachusetts and in this area and no one NO ONE has had to replace pads and rotors at 11,000 miles! The fact that my care has only been in your care and other than placing blame on me, you fail to try to find out what the reason is and to say its normal is not an answer as I have yet as I said to find one person who is replacing at 11,000 miles! But you all wanted to speak to me the last 20 years when I was buying 5 cars over there. I guess its chalk it up to one more company in America not wanting to service the customer. Lexus should be ashamed of the quality of the cars they are putting out there and the service they are giving the customers. And your response was of no help at all.
