POOR QUALITY LEXUS DEALER AND SERVICE Brought my car in for service from the day I bought this car, they did all the maintenance on this car today they tell me I need brake pad and Rotors Brought my car in for service from the day I bought this car, they did all the maintenance on this car today they tell me I need brake pad and Rotors at 11,000 miles , 11,000 miles I have yet to meet anyone on this earth who needs that at 11,000 miles...so every 11,000 miles I need new Rotors poor quality for lexus and poor people skills and service for this service department. Great Service Ronni has been my service advisor for a number of years. She goes out of her way to take care of you. She is great with recommendations on what serv Ronni has been my service advisor for a number of years. She goes out of her way to take care of you. She is great with recommendations on what services you should have done immediately and which items you can take care of later. She is especially good with unusual situations such as when something that needs to be taken care of is not covered by warranty. She was able to work with Lexus and get me a "goodwill" that saved me $750. When I needed replacement tires and wanted a specific special tire not stocked by Lexus she ordered the tires from an outside supplier and arranged to have them installed on car. She is the greatest. Excellent Customer Service I came in for a regular check up and Ken Alves was friendly and easy to deal with. When I left I noticed something wrong with my wipers and immediate I came in for a regular check up and Ken Alves was friendly and easy to deal with. When I left I noticed something wrong with my wipers and immediately called Ken. He said it may have been a mistake from when they washed it and replaced my wiper very quickly no questions asked. I understand mistakes happen and Ken's response to it was excellent customer service. Great Job! More
Ken Alves is a key player in the service department One day I happened to be driving by this dealership when 2 warning lights came on my ES350. Ike everyone else I hate seeing these lights. I pulled in One day I happened to be driving by this dealership when 2 warning lights came on my ES350. Ike everyone else I hate seeing these lights. I pulled in with no appointment and was immediately greeted by Mr Alves. Within no time at all we discovered I only needed some air in the tires and a new key battery. I just can’t say enough good things about this employee, not only did he set tire pressures he also took care of my battery and even got me a wash. I hope Mr Chambers takes a moment to recognize it’s the people who make a difference, everything else is just brick and mortar. More
