Always there for me! I want to share my experience from 3-1-19. Mark Forcucci was great in helping me in the middle of a snow storm without an appointment. Mark got me right into a loaner vehicle and assured me he would get the car fixed right up. By the next day he had ordered a new radiator, had it installed and cleaned the car for me. Ken Alves to the Rescue I had somehow gotten my grandson’s car seat completely locked up in the seat belt of my 2015 Lexus RX350. Both my husband and I tried over and over I had somehow gotten my grandson’s car seat completely locked up in the seat belt of my 2015 Lexus RX350. Both my husband and I tried over and over again to get the seat belt to release to no avail. I called the dealership where we had purchased our SUV the previous summer. I was assured that Ken Alves would be available to resolve the problem. I arrived at the dealership the next afternoon. Without even requiring me to get out of the car, Ken went to work on the car seat. Within 5 minutes he had the seat belt released (it was actually the car seat and not the belt that was the problem). Not only was there no charge, but Ken offered to wash my car! Since I had been there just the week before for my (free) service, I declined the car wash. I asked Ken if I could give him a tip for his help and he replied “No thanks, it’s just what we do”. What a great experience. Ruthanne Molyneaux More

Outstanding Experience...James Burbine ...all 10's I have nothing but excellent things about James Burbine. Upon driving into the dealership without an appointment he quickly found the problem but unfo I have nothing but excellent things about James Burbine. Upon driving into the dealership without an appointment he quickly found the problem but unfortunately the part had to be ordered. He was very apologetic but said it would be ordered and could be fixed tomorrow. The following day not alone did he replace the part he said he would speak with his boss (Brian M) and as a courtesy he was able have the the cost waived. He also cleaned the area like new! Needless to say I was very pleased and grateful. James was excellent throughout the the entire process. He is an asset to the dealership, the service and the Lexus brand. More
