Working with Luigi was such a pleasure – stress-free, and actually fun. It was like doing business with a friend. He listened to what we wanted and worked to get us into the car of our choice. The ride to work this morning was so much fun I hated to have it end. With all the buttons and colors and features the car has, I’ll be busy for a long time trying to figure it all out. I have never had a Bluetooth device before, so chatting with my husband without a phone was an absolute hoot! Luigi gave me an awesome tutorial on all the options and features. His care and expertise were tested when I discovered an issues with the shifting that was putting stress on car, causing a delay. When I brought the car to the Service Center back under warranty, originally I was advised that the issue was not detected and they wanted me to come back to Boston to explain my issue on a test drive. However Scott was able and willing to test it again for me as I trusted his opinion and believed he believed he could save me the 150 mile commute. Scott and a technician took it on a run again and they were able to pin down my issue. They communicated every step along the way and were able to fix it the next day with the part in stock. I am grateful that I was able to find not only the exact car I was looking for but even more importantly it came with a dealership with undoubted reputation and invaluable employees like Scott. More

The parking lot was jammed packed and before I even got out of the car a nice gentleman was helping me park (sorry I wish I knew his name). I had already spoken to a very positive and upbeat Katie George on the phone about the mini I wanted to look at and then she introduced me to Josh Phillips. He was no pressure, informative, easy to chat and get along with from the moment I met him. Once I decided that this was the car for me, he worked quickly to contact my insurance agent before 5pm so that I could come back the very next morning to pick it up. Josh had things ready for me when I got there, took the time out to show me all the car features and shared my enthusiasm for the purchase with a great hug at the end. Truly, I have never hugged a car salesman! I also spoke with Rob Gale to go over the paperwork, warranties and financing. Another truly pleasurable experience, what an enjoyable person, no pressure again to buy any add ons, just presented the information in a friendly non judgmental way. Thanks everyone! More

Motoring advisor David Lopez was knowledgeable, patient, honest and upfront throughout the entire purchase process and facilitated numerous test drives, and helped me find the best little car for me. He still answers to every new stripe or design accessory I add to my Mini. I always look forward to visiting the dealership, no matter what the reason and I leave happy and excited about motoring on. However, when the MINI started showing up on roadways, I coveted it. Last April, after months of designing it, I ordered my convertible MINI at Herb Chambers. We dealt with Scott Pann. He was terrific--made suggestions, kept us up-to-date on the manufacturing and delivery of the car and did everything in his power to be sure we got the car the way we wanted it and as soon as possible. Considering a MINI? Go here and ask for Scott Pann--he'll make it a great experience. More

First time I've left a car dealership truly happy I started off my search for a Mini living almost exactly midway between 3 dealerships and I initially reached out to all of them. Sara was the first I started off my search for a Mini living almost exactly midway between 3 dealerships and I initially reached out to all of them. Sara was the first to initially respond and then went above and beyond to help me fit a test drive in during my lunch break with within 3 days. She sent Josh out with a Mini, and Josh took the time to go over everything about the car, inside and out. Josh is a total car guy, like myself, so this is the first time I've met a car salesman that actually knows more about the car in question than I do. I was impressed with ability to answer all my questions off the top of his head. Josh then maintained close contact with me through phone and email, and was back in 4 days later for another test drive and to get my trade assessed. It took me one more extended test drive before I had decided this was the car for me, and Josh was more than happy to take me out each and every time, never seeming annoyed, rushing me, or pressuring me to decide. He then fought to get me into the perfect car at the price I could afford. I can honestly say that Josh is far and away the best car salesman I've ever encountered. I would recommend anyone looking at a Mini give Josh a call, especially if you love cars and want to buy a car from someone that loves cars. More
