This dealership has wonderful employees, one of whom has been helping me since I bought my first Mini Cooper in 2003. Mark Ravin has always been there to explain everything that was done to the car and has been helping me since I bought my first Mini Cooper in 2003. Mark Ravin has always been there to explain everything that was done to the car and has prevented me from getting the car fixed at a gas station or other shop, thus saving me from wasting money on things that I don't need. The other employees are all very cordial. Plus, the dealership itself has great amenities, including snacks, coffee, and other drinks. They have plenty of places to sit down or to charge and use a laptop, tablet, or phone. More

This is a terrible dealer, they only care about making a sale. They are awful at communicating, they demanded payment with less than 24 hours notice because they had to close out their month (and threatene sale. They didn’t confirm receipt of the wire , and when I picked up the car it hadn’t been properly prepped. The navigation system hadn’t been downloaded, for example. Managers could care less and don’t bother to address complaints or answer emails. Herb Chambers has a monopoly in the Boston area and could care less about customer service. 2 stars because they did get the car I wanted. 0 stars for everything h else. More
