Had been thinking seriously about buying a Mini. Was looking online and finally stopped in at Herb Chambers Mini. The staff there was fantastic. The salespeople were very friendly and professional. After custom ordering my Mini, they were great about keeping me posted and it actually came in before expected. When I picked my Mini up Darnell went over every detail of the vehicle and its operation. Cleaned it, took the sticker off. Registered, inspected,gassed up,and ready to go! And driving it home on the Mass Pike was unbelievable. I would recommend both the product and the dealer to anyone who is considering buying a new or used car. More

He was and is knowledgeable, helpful and quick to respond to my multitudes of questions. I special ordered my car and added many special details to make it my own. Rich was "there" every step of the way to be sure the car I wanted was the one I ended up with. He took his time, never seemed rushed and always had the answer, no matter how obscure my question. Even now, after I've had the car a few months, when I email Rich with a quick question, he always answers right away. The entire purchase and post-purchase experience has been great in every way!
