I recently went to Herb Chambers located in Auburn MA. I was looking for a vehicle and was not sure whether I wanted to buy or lease. I saw Mr. Jimmy Eldean, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. Mike and Andy are awesome! I went into Herb not knowing if I could afford a new car. I had a 2001 Jetta that I was going to junk after it broke dow but instead, Mike and Andi gave me a great trade in and e if I could afford a new car. They were incredibly gracious and accommodating. They knew I wanted a Corrola S and got me to the price I wanted quickly and easily. They also gave me a rental no questions asked while they had my car transferred. Overall I had a simple, quick, stress free experience at Herb in Auburn. Mike and Andy were professional and thoughtful. It also doesn't hurt that they are both very easy on the eyes. I'm just saying ladies!
