I leased my 7 Toyota and have never been treated so well. Tomi and Ben where both very professional and made it very easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this dealership and actually I already have to my friends.it was a pleasure doing business with them.

"Assistant Service Manager, Chan, Was Exceptional!!"

I have come to Herb Chambers several times and received excellent service. At my most recent visit, my Toyota Sienna was diagnosed as having a serious problem with the drive train, a part that cost a large amount of money. The Assistant Service Manager, Chan, worked hard with the Rep to get me a better price. It took him a day of negotiations, but the price came back much lower and I was able to get my vehicle fixed. It is now running perfectly. I have never dealt with a more caring, personable employee at an auto dealership. I will come back to Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn everytime!!!!

This service recognition is long overdue! I purchased my Toyota Siena in 2014 at the Auburn location. Over the years, Alyssa Baril has consistently represented your company and image in the most professional way. She has gone above and beyond, time after time and truly puts her customers first. I am always pleased with our interactions on the telephone and when I arrive at the Auburn dealership for service, it is always reassuring to know she is taking care of me. Good, consistent, professional customer service is something I believe everyone deserves and I recognize this with Alyssa during each customer interaction, not just my own experience. Today, Alyssa introduced me to the auto technician working on my car to help troubleshoot an issue I was having with the vehicle. Jeff Krasner was top notch when it came to his care and knowledge about the issue and the manner he handled explaining this to me was truly appreciated. These two individuals at the Auburn location are fantastic members of your team and represent Herb Chambers with class!

We have been purchasing and having cars services at Herb Chambers of Auburn for longer than I can remember. You have many employees in service who are wonderful but cannot say enough about Alyssa Baril. She greats us likes members of the family with a big smile and wave as she sees us pull in. By the time we get to her desk she has everything pulled up and ready. Alyssa is polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. Our car is new right now but in the past with cars off warranty she has always been able to answer our questions and talk with confidence.
