My wife and I had 3 trades to bring in. Knowing that it wasnt an easy task Mike and Steve were more than helpful in working with us. It took a couple days to get everything in order but it all worked out and we walked out more than impressed. The car is great, Mike, Steve, and Shawn were excellent and the service was top notch. We always felt like an important customer through the whole process. They were even very funny to deal with. I would recommend all three and definitely buy my next car from them again. More

Worst car buying experience ever. Do not buy a car from this franchise. I tried to buy a new Avalon from the Auburn branch and had to walk out after an excrutiating negotiation. First I was quoted a price this franchise. I tried to buy a new Avalon from the Auburn branch and had to walk out after an excrutiating negotiation. First I was quoted a price on line, only to get to the showroom (2 hours later)and was told that price was no longer valid. When I finally got them to the quoted price I asked to see the car and they didn't have it in stock. They said they could get it in a few days. A week later I went back, drove the car and negotiated a price. When I was ready to sign the price was higher than I had just negotiated! The manager wouldn't talk to me and just walked away. I walked out and recieved a call from the GM a few days later. He apologized for the behavior of his staff and said they were under a lot of pressure to make a profit. The entire experience was insulting. I bought a car somewhere else for less money without any of the hassle. You've been warned. This is a shady organization. More
