We knew the exact car we wanted -- down to the color and the packages. Herb Chambers happened to have it in their lot. We started out with talking to (s)Amber over the phone to get a great price. We went in to the dealership and between Edward & Wayne, closed on a deal in less than a half hour -- thanks to Amber to get us a good start. This was absolutely the least painful process that we went through to purchase a brand new car. Financing took about 15 minutes -- very efficient! Very pleased with the experience -- it definitely helps to know what you want and how you are going to pay for it and not having to trade an older car -- but, Herb Chambers Toyota didn't rob us the pleasure of owning a new car -- not even a little bit. He was not your typical sales person which is pushy and overly determined to make a sale. He had a very friendly and patient way of dealing with my numerous test drives and questions. Never once did I feel he was fake and did I feel pressured to buy. I felt I got a good deal. This was one of the easiest auto purchases I have ever made. I would recommend Herb Chambers to anyone.
