overall my experience with Herb Chambers was just ok. after competing the paper work it took almost a week and half to finally get the car. once i got the car i noticed there was something that needed to after competing the paper work it took almost a week and half to finally get the car. once i got the car i noticed there was something that needed to be fixed. i brought it to customer service and it took four hours for them to figure out what the issue was. then i was told that they had to search for the part. two weeks went by without a phone call or email from them at least telling me that they havent forgot about it. i finally reached out to them and found myself being transferred back and forth for 20 minutes. i touched base with the person in charge of finding my part and told me he had ordered it and was to be in on friday the 15th of july. here i am now no calls back, no nothing. i just don't understand how the service department is completely different from the sales department. so my experience with the service gets a 1 out of 5! More
