At the begining of March, I went to Herb Chambers to buy a used car. I am driving across the counrty and needed a more reliable vehicle with a low payment. Well I had problem with harr Toyota they sold me a new 2009 truck and put wifes name on the title, without getting into great detail on the importance of that being incorrect, it was an extreme hassle , t 2009 truck and put wifes name on the title, without getting into great detail on the importance of that being incorrect, it was an extreme hassle , the registry could not fix it. Toyota co. Tried very hard to fix this but by the time I received pappers from Toyota I was very frustrated and did not want the vehicle or screwed up loan anymore. One more thing with Harr toyota the finance department is the worst ever, a 1 st grader could have calculated and wrote up the loan better. They tried to make me happy with a fake trip to Florida. Yes, they handed me a free trip to fla voucher just to get me to fill out the report card from Toyota motors Inc. The trip was a complete SCAM. Needless to say I'm a diehard Toyota fan and checked out herb chambers Toyota in auburn. This is were a sales man named steven Wilbur immediately started working on my issue. After 3. Days of doing free leg work he had my registration issue fixed with the help of Toyota motors. Well since then I refered 4 customers ( who all bought cars). Buying a car can be a nightmare but Steve will guide you professionally! One of my referrals was a real penny pincher. They took a car for a road test down the road to Honda,nissan, to see what they had to offer, the salesman followed him back to herb chambers and in the parking lot they started negotiating, well herb chambers came out on top and got the sale with the first offer, they could not match. This is my 2and vehicle purchased from steven Wilbur, and 3 rd from herb chambers. They will work hard for you. Why I gave herb chambers a perfect 5 score is because , sales,finance, did what I asked of them. Great price, delivery date kept, follow Up done, very good job. More

My experience with Marque was great. He was very nice, helpful, easy to work with and I plan on doing business with him again. We did and continue to have an issue finding the title to the vehicle I have helpful, easy to work with and I plan on doing business with him again. We did and continue to have an issue finding the title to the vehicle I have purchased. I believe it will be taken care of very soon but it does reflect on my overall experience as I bought a car that I cannot drive right away and it is very disappointing. So I rated overall experience as "good" versus "great" due to this issue and not due Marque or any other employee I met and worked with in the purchase of this vehicle. More
