Most of all, he is a great people person and a super respectful salesman that listened to every one of our requests and then met them!! Get more people like Jimmy and you could double your sales with each one. He exceeded the good to great previous experiences we've had at Auburn. He completed the entire transaction within 2 1/2 hours from arriving with our trade-in to driving out with the new Corolla, which is what we requested when we arrived. He also showed us the entire dealership, service area, made first appt. and introduced us to the Manager in case we needed something and he was not there. What a complete package! We had been looking for a used hybrid for several weeks when we connected with Matt P. at Herb Chambers. USED hybrids are very hard to come by, but Matt found exactly what we were looking for and had it br when we connected with Matt P. at Herb Chambers. Matt was not only professional and sweet, he really went above and beyond. The dealership that originally had the car was out of state, so we were told that we'd have to complete the deal first and then Herb Chambers would aquire the title from the other dealership. It would mean a few day delay between buying the car, and being able to leave with it, title in hand. Matt actually made sure that someone went to that out of state dealership a few hours before we came in to buy the car. It was about 2 hours round trip, but his extra effort meant that when we arrived to sign the deal, the title was waiting for us and we were able to drive right off the lot! A few weeks back I started my search for a new Tundra. I knew what I wanted in the truck and it was very specific (color, trim, interior, upgrade packages) and I was able to locate it at Herb Chambers in Au knew what I wanted in the truck and it was very specific (color, trim, interior, upgrade packages) and I was able to locate it at Herb Chambers in Auburn. I started some preliminary talks with a few folks there and then had to put my purchase on hold for a bit. I called the dearlship this past Friday to see if they had the truck still. They mentioned they sold it but they had gotten a similar one to replace it. I went down to the dealership Friday night to check it out. When I got there I was greated at the front desk and after a few mintues Matt came up to help me. He was able to pull my file up from the previous time I was there and was able to locate the truck I had come to see. We talked some initial numbers and then decided to go look at the truck. We found it at the back of the lot surrounded by the snow we recieved the night before and the previous few weeks. Matt offered to have us take it for a test drive and after about 15 minutes of clearing off all the snow on the truck in dress slacks, shoes and a tie we were ready to go. Turns out we could not get the truck out of its spot due to someone's car being parked directly behind it. We could not find the owner of the vehicle but after some manuvering he managed to get the truck out. By this time it was 6 oclock, closing time. I asked him if he wanted to continue tomorrow and he said it was up to me, he didn't mind staying later to help me out. After taking it for a pretty lengthy test drive we got back to the dealership well after closing time and almost everyone else was gone except the cleaning crew. I talked with him for a bit longer to lock down some final numbers and then asked if he knew what I would be able to get for a trade. He said he would find out and was able to track down a manager who was pulling out of the parkinglot. Jeff, the manager, who was leaving came back and was able to appraise my car, work with Matt and I and was able to get the truck to the number I wanted to pay. I left a deposite and told them I would like to pick it up Saturday or Sunday. I had asked for running boards to be put on and was told it may take some time because service was pretty busy on Saturdays so I may have to pick it up Sunday. My weekend plans changed Saturday morning and I really needed to pick it up then or would not be able to for the next few days. I called Matt in the morning and informed him of this and he said he would check in with service and see what he could do. I recieved a call back and was told that the truck would be ready for 3 oclock for me. I went there at 3 and Matt was pulling it up to the front of the dealership just as I was walking in. We finished all the paperwork up and I drove away that day with my new Tundra. Matt and Jeff were great to work with and I appreciated all the help throughout the process. From the staying late Friday night, brushing off snow in his dress atire and the rushing to have everything set for me on Saturday I was very pleased with my experience. Matt answered all my questions I had and was able to get everything I needed done in a short amount of time. I never felt pressured or as if I was being sold something like you do in some dealerships. I would reccommend anyone to Matt and did just that Monday night when my neighbor saw my new Tundra and wanted one as well. More

As soon as I walked into the dealership i knew this was going to be different. The entire sales staff smiled and greeted me as they walked by even though they were busy with other customers...They even off going to be different. The Sales Managers were very attentive to my needs and made good on the promise that they would "help me buy a car...not try and sell me one".
