I really like my new RAV 4 The only thing i did not like was to waiting confirmation from the Toyota... I had to wait 30 days in order to fixed my situation up .But finally they apporved my montly lea like was to waiting confirmation from the Toyota... Sometimes buying another vehicle given the situation I found myself with Toyota can be unpleasant. The Employees at this dealership made my exprience very pleasant and because of their professionalism an found myself with Toyota can be unpleasant. Now I feel very comfortable with this vehicle and would drive it on any trip. The 2010 was not repaired at this Dealership, maybe things would have turned out diferently if they did the repair. More

This is my 2nd car purchesed with Kennedy, he has been helpful and always patient. Very knowledgable. Quality of work rated good as dealer had promised to detail car perfectly but noted scratches still no helpful and always patient. Very knowledgable. Price in the end was a compromise as car was a demo but being sold as new. Feel they could have discounted more but it was last on lot and leftover 2010. We visited Herb Chambers Auburn Toyota as a second stop during a day when we were looking at SUVs. The Toyota salesman asked if we'd worked with anyone in the past and I said that I purchased my 2007 Toyo during a day when we were looking at SUVs. Tim was professional, cordial and we ended up negotiating a fair price without the usual B.S. that one often encounters. Tim went above and beyond by coming in on his day off to get our car ready. Our buying experience couldn't have been any better. More

I gave Brian Dupuis all 5's for many reasons. Brian was extremely knowledgable about vehicles. He was really down to earth and personable. To our satisfaction and of course the right numbers we were ecstatic to get a 2011 Camry! We were very impressed with the dealership because we were not pushed into the sale. We were greeted by Jim right away. We were left to check them out alone, and then once we decided that we wanted to buy, he was extremely fast, helpful, and careing. The financial manager was terrific and also careing to find the best bank for us to finance through. Everything was done within hours and we drove our new Tacoma home that same afternoon. More
