We had a very complicated deal. We brough 3 cars in for trade and left with a Toyota AWD, Red van with leather....Just what we wanted. It took them a little bit to find what we wanted but they would not g trade and left with a Toyota AWD, Red van with leather....Just what we wanted. They kept in touch with us everyday keeping us up on where they were with the search. Alex S. was just the best salesman we have every had. Very focused on us and our changing needs. Chuck ensured he know exactly what we needed and worked closely with Rebecca to find it. We have pruchased many cars and trucks over the years and found Chuck to be an exceptional Sales Manager. Very down to earth. We felt very cared for and special. I have never felt that way about a sales manager before. Now when it comes to the finance mangers...we had the pleasure of dealing with two of them, Shawn and Edger. I have never had so much fun signing papers. They both made it a easy to get through all the facts and figures. I am sure there is stress in their work but we saw none of that. We only saw a group of sales, finance and management working together to ensure we where happy...100% happy!!! And we are! More
Went is for 5,00 mile check up and asked for safety items to be inspected and emissions issues addressed. 2010 FJ Cruiser: Brakes are not working correctly and wrote this down on initial service order. to be inspected and emissions issues addressed. 2010 FJ Cruiser: Brakes are not working correctly and wrote this down on initial service order. Went back to dealer the day after and brakes were not inspected as major safety problem with brakes still existed.Problem not addressed .Dangerous vehicle Met with head Service manager when I asked to produce what service tech and asst service manager signed off, I received a service document with no name, no vin number, no service tech name, no make and no model , no miles and no sign off from asst service manager. Service manager produced a document that had nothing to do with my FJ Cruiser , brakes and safety issues felt I was not be treated with respect and be littled , tricked deceived and felt like they were making a fool out of me and mostly blatant disregarded to myself and my families driving safety and the public safety of my community . Toyota has done nothing but constant sidestepping and deception to the point I am not going to received the vehicle due to the non working brake system , no fix no use for this death trap . Deceiving behavior from all service department employees from bottom to the top . The vehicle is not safe and I will not ever trust this car or drive it Toyota company and especially their deceptive and belittling insulting and being taken as a dumb uninformed customer behavior is not only illegal and felonious but very very disapointing . NEVER NEVER Buy or support this Company as they have total disregard for individual and family driving safety the American Public Safety and has major cover up issues. They should be prosecuted, any and all insurance companies must refuse to sell auto coverage for these vehicles. Let Toyota insured their vehicles maybe they will wake up or does it take another driving fatality for another nick on the belt of deception and greed. More

This is the 4th Toyota purchased at this dealership. I owned a 2000 Corolla then a 2005 Camry which was just traded in for a 2011 Camry. My husband owns a 2008 Camry. The personnel at this dealership ar owned a 2000 Corolla then a 2005 Camry which was just traded in for a 2011 Camry. My husband owns a 2008 Camry. The personnel at this dealership are friendly, courteous and very helpful. I checked with another Toyota dealership nearby and they didn't take the time to try to meet my price. Neither Ford or Chrysler could fit my needs. I was directed to HC Toyota in Auburn by my salesman at HC Ford in Westboro (George Asare) who stated "we have a sister dealership in Auburn, and I am certain they can beat any other dealer's price for a new Sienna LXI". George took the initiative to set up a meeting with my sales team at HC Toyota Auburn. Samantha called me to report that they could not only beat the price, but I could even choose a color I liked. She followed up her call with a voice mail message, and everything was in place. From the moment we walked in the door, I knew this was the dealership I wanted to do business with. Samanatha introduced me to Jason, who introduced me to the rest of the team.
