This is my first new car purchase. My father and I stopped at Herb Chambers after running through five other dealerships. My father is a mechanic and doesn't understand very much English. Once we parked into this dealrship and started walking around, a salesman, Tonny Bonilla asked us if we needed any help. Thank God he spoke Spanish! I talked to Tonny and told him what I needed, which at the moment was a pre-owned vehicle. We sat down talked about what I needed and he suggested considering a leased vehicle. I quickly shot him down and said I do not want to get into LEASES. Then he explained how everyone has this misunderstanding of leasing and what is really involved. At first it seemed to good to be true. I was never thinking of a leasing a brand new vehicle. After he ran the numbers, and we test drove a couple of RAV 4s I decided to go with the lease. I was currently without, so after I signed the papers the next day I had a loaner vehicle until mines came in! I was so surprised at how great of a service I had at this dealership. I received a great deal with a 2010 RAV4. Yesterday, I went to pick up my vehicle (which was on my birthday) and Tonny had a whole bunch of balloons on it. I loved it! He explained everything I needed to know about the buttons and lights. I drove off with my vehicle purchase and could not be any happier. I will definetely be a returning customer when my lease is up, and will recommend to everyone. More

Everytime I have to buy a new car I get myself all geared up to play the game and I have heart palpitations on the way to the dealership, nothing more stressful then having to work with a car salesman. Toyota Scion of Auburn will be the only place I go to buy a new car. My friendly car salesman was Wayne Brodsky...I have never met a car salesman like him. HONEST, knowledgable about all of the cars, and NO PRESSURE. Can you imagine, honest and car salesman in the same sentance? It's true, this is the second car that Wayne has sold me and I wouldn't dream of going to any other place. Even after all of the paperwork was done and the dealership was closing he stayed late and gave me a tour of the car. Thanks to Shawn Merrick (he's in the financing end of things) for working with me, it was a pleasure. If my mother needed a new car I would hand her over to Wayne and Shawn and know she was in good hands. And for the record Toyota is still the best car on the road. We picked up our 2010 Highlander today. I have to say that dealing with Joe Blake was one of the most pleasant experiences we have had at a dealership. Yes, there was a negotiation, of course, but we did that dealing with Joe Blake was one of the most pleasant experiences we have had at a dealership. Yes, there was a negotiation, of course, but we did not feel pressured or hurried to accept a deal. We were able to discuss our needs in a vehicle, including pricing, without feeling like we were being talked down to, which is a very positive trait. During the entire process, we dealt with Joe, our salesman, the sales manager, an internet sales rep., Regan, who was extremely helpful and friendly, and also the GM, who was also very friendly and even gave my 4 yr old a gift. All in all, it was actually a very enjoyable car buying experience. If I had to choose one negative aspect of our process there, it was dealing with the guy who finalized the signing of our lease paperwork, he was the only person there who pressured us to buy something we didn't want and made us feel stupid for not doing so.
