Although we had no plans to purchase a new vehicle at this point in time, when my decade old, high mileage Town & Country died, and required a new engine, my search began. Neither Ford or Chrysler could fit my needs. I was directed to HC Toyota in Auburn by my salesman at HC Ford in Westboro (George Asare) who stated "we have a sister dealership in Auburn, and I am certain they can beat any other dealer's price for a new Sienna LXI". George took the initiative to set up a meeting with my sales team at HC Toyota Auburn. Samantha called me to report that they could not only beat the price, but I could even choose a color I liked. She followed up her call with a voice mail message, and everything was in place. From the moment we walked in the door, I knew this was the dealership I wanted to do business with. Samanatha introduced me to Jason, who introduced me to the rest of the team. He was knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and pleasant to work with. Tony showed and explained to us every aspect of our new 2010 Corolla S. He explained the operation of the car and we found out information that will actually be useful when operating our 2008 Toyota Solera. He introduced us to the parts department and service department. Our experience was so wonderful. It was great leaving Herb Chambers knowing that we made the right choice in returning to the Auburn location. Now, with confidence, I can assure you that we will be back in a couple of years to trade in my VW. We will truly be a Toyota family. My only issue has to do with my car. I bought a 2011 Toyota Sienna XLW AWD and I love it. They worked very hard to find the car in the color I wanted with the options I wanted. However they got my car from a different dealership and drove it to Auburn. I was a little dissapointed in the mileage on the car when I got it. Also one of my seats is broken (footrest in the back) and the floormats were the wrong ones for my car. Overall everyone I worked with was very helpful and very friendly. I bought a Toyota 4Runner about 11 years ago from your dealership. Loved it and put 200k on it. Wanted another but figured I would check out the competition. Ended up with a 2008 saab 97x that had elec dealership. Loved it and put 200k on it. Wanted another but figured I would check out the competition. Ended up with a 2008 saab 97x that had electical problems the first week. I did not realize this vehicle was a Saab/GM mongrel!!! Driving it and seeing the quality I realized I did not want it.
