My experience with this dealership was above and beyond any dealership that I have ever purchased a new vehicle from; and I have purchased a lot of them. Alex the Sales Manager went out of his way to find any dealership that I have ever purchased a new vehicle from; and I have purchased a lot of them. Edgar was knowledgeable and was prompt with his service. Jimmy Eldean went out of his way to explain the navigation system and told us if we have any questions at all to just call him any time. I in fact called him that same afternoon because of a seatbelt position that didn't feel right. He gave me instructions over the phone and lo and behold he hit the nail on the head. The seat belt was adjusted as per his instructions and it now is very comfortable. We will recommend Herb Chambers to all of our friends and relatives. More

Though I didn't buy at the time, it was not because of the employee's at those dealerships, and ultimatly it is why I went to a Herb Chambers for my purchase this time. Joe was careful enough to be direct and casual without being pushy. I wish you could teach other dealerships to be the same. Often when buying a car, it is a grinding experience. Not so with this dealer. They stayed late (1 hour 30 min after the dealership was closed) and got the deal done, on my time. I have already told others to shop Herb not just for Toyota, but for any other cars, as I know this dealer carries many other models in many other locations. More
