I just purchased a used vehicle from this location after choosing not to go with another dealership (not Herb Chambers affiliated) based primarily on the poor experience I was receiving from the sales rep.. choosing not to go with another dealership (not Herb Chambers affiliated) based primarily on the poor experience I was receiving from the sales rep... very sleazy. Didn't have to navigate -any- sleazy games from the team at Herb Chambers! I would like to give a huge shoutout for the tremendous work from Rodrigo and Stephania for going above and beyond to make this experience as great as it was. Rodrigo (sales rep) was very positive, personable, and I didn't feel like he was "playing games" with me. Stephania (paperwork and processing) made everything clear, and easy to understand as I was signing documents. They truly went above and beyond, not taking advantage of me for my younger age (unlike the other dealership had). Rodrigo made every effort to accommodate me, even after I had made the sale. Very pleased with the car, and grateful for what could have been a very stressful experience, being so positive! More

Sometimes they are slow retrieving my car so I can leave, but I think they may just be shortstaffed on one of their busiest days In terms of sales, they must be good to great. I'm dealing with another dealership due to the car supply around. Let's just say I appreciate Herb Chambers a lot more. I had only one bad thing occur years ago. While they addressed the problem, they gave me a rental. So much better than the dealership I'm dealing with now. I'm going for AWD. I've had issues in the snow with FWD. I wanted AWD loaner at my current dealership while waiting for my car. They wanted me to drive there before a storm and bring it back after, while paying half of the rental. I sure hope to deal with Herb Chambers the next time I get a car. Hope they have one I'll be looking for. My current experience has made me appreciate HC all the more. One thing I will never do again regardless of where my future purchase will be, buy a car anywhere in transit. Hope this helps you. More

I visited two other dealerships before I visited Herb Chambers Toyota in Boston. I had a brief interaction with Richard on the phone and in person and then I worked with Riad. Riad immediately took me to Chambers Toyota in Boston. I had a brief interaction with Richard on the phone and in person and then I worked with Riad. Riad immediately took me to the car I was interested in and started describing how all the features function. No one at either of the other dealerships had described or explained the features of the vehicles I was looking at. We went on a test drive, and then I came back and asked more questions. I ended up buying the car, and I couldn’t be happier. It was a great experience working with Riad and Richard. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More
