During the purchase, they told me very little about the car. My mother bought a Toyota a month later in NY and got a full lesson on all the new technology/features. 3. They missed filling out a form and asked me to come in the next day after the purchase. One good part is that after I refused, they came to my house to get the signature. 4. Several months later I discovered they randomly entered incorrect information in the registration indicating that the car is garaged in a different city, which messed up the excise tax. Now, I need to go in again to sign more forms for their mistake. More
