Also important to me was that Haider went out of his way to complete the final transaction in ONE DAY, after he had explained prior that two trips would be required...because I asked him to register the car for me. When I arrived at the dealership for the 1st day of the final transaction, I had just been released from the hospital after being there six days with heart issues. Completing everything in one day saved me a lot of pain and aggravation. Haider also volunteered to go and get the car inspected for me. He made it easy for me. When Haider saw us again - almost 3 years later - he greeted us like we had seen one another yesterday and made sure we got a great deal on our Corolla lease. Haider was so low key (which we loved!), answered every possible question we had, and was sensitive to the fact that our new au pair from Brazil (whose English wasn't 100%) would need a tutorial in the car when we picked it up and he arranged for one of his co-workers who speaks Spanish to meet with our au pair and answer any lingering questions she had about the new car. Haider is a "class act" and he helped make leasing the Corolla - much like our purchase of our Prius - actually enjoyable! More

Helpful and informative I needed a new car but, was worried about taking on a loan. First, we picked out a RAV4. Then we did a road test. I loved that car.
