So it was very refreshing to work with Luke, who was extremely transparent from the moment we shook hands. He gave us precise information on what products he had to offer, and was able to clarify any confusions we might have had. As a result, making a decision was made extremely easy for us. While negotiating the price for the car (and our trade-in), Luke put in extra effort to get us a deal that we were content with. At the end, we got exactly what we wanted and feel that we got a fair deal for the quality we wanted. The car delivery service was also very efficient.
