Made an appointment a month ahead, my car wasn’t even put on a lift for over 5 hours! A simple oil change took over 6 hours. They will try and say you have all this stuff wrong on your car even though noth on a lift for over 5 hours! A simple oil change took over 6 hours. We made an appointment to see a specific car, and arrived on time. We then waited 20 minutes for someone to dig it out of storage so we could test drive it. One employee named Mike was rude to us when we ask on time. We then waited 20 minutes for someone to dig it out of storage so we could test drive it. One employee named Mike was rude to us when we asked why it was taking so long. We said that at the rate things were going, we would take our business elsewhere and he told us to go ahead. The car showed up for us to test drive at that point, but when we got in there were coffee stains, a bandaid on the floor, the whole thing smelled of cigarettes, and the gas tank was empty. No plans to return there. More
