Best car buying experience Recently bought a 2017 S90. Bob Wennerstrand was our salesperson. We entered the showroom, browsed at the models, sat in the cars, opened the trunks, Recently bought a 2017 S90. Bob Wennerstrand was our salesperson. We entered the showroom, browsed at the models, sat in the cars, opened the trunks, doors etc. We basically just took our time and there were no hovering salespersons or pressure. The dealership was immaculate, even the service area. When we wanted to speak with someone, Bob came right over. He answered our questions, we took a test drive, he gave us a tour of the dealership, including the service area where we were introduced to a few of the service team, and then we sat down to negotiate. The dealership had appraised our trade in while we were on the test drive. Bob gave us that number as well as the cost of the car. We stated we wanted to test drive a Lexus first before making a decision . He said he understood, thanked us and introduced us to the sales manager. The sales manager asked if there was anything he could do to have us buy the S90 now. My husband said, yes. He wanted a certain number for his trade in and wanted to pay a certain number for the car. That was it and we bought the car. Picked it up the next day. Bob has called several times to ask if we were enjoying the car and if we had any questions. This was an ENJOYABLE car buying experience. We have decided we will stay with Bob and this dealership for all of our future car buying and servicing needs. Very well done. More
