Still, before signing, David Nadeau insisted that I took the actual car I would be purchasing for a test drive without any financial motivation whatsoever. Dave was also very helpful meeting me in NH to register the car and patiently walking me through all the features of the electronics and entertainment system when I picked the car up the following week. For my most recent car purchase I engaged with a handful of Volvo dealers in New Hampshire and I am confident that this is the best Volvo dealership in Southern NH and Eastern Mass. The new showroom they opened up in 2016 is just a cherry on the top and I look forward to bringing my vehicle in for service. I have personally recommended this dealership to my friends as well. For someone who doesn't know a lot about cars at all what they do best is explain things in perfect English for me that I understand. Mike, Colin, and Matt are usually the three I deal with most and I can't say anything other then how exceptional and great they are. The best part about them besides making something complicated seem simple is just that they are real human beings. A lot of places you go to pretend to be know it all and follow a script. Not these folks. They are the most genuine around and are easily the most knowledgable. Herb Chambers are very lucky to have such quality employees who care and put the customers needs first above their own. More

After days of dealing with high-pressure dealers, I stepped into Herb Chambers Volvo of Norwood in Dedham. From the moment I entered the showroom, I felt welcomed, valued, and respected. Ron Scott was so professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and low key. My son and his friend accompanied me, and they agreed that the vibe was so different from the other dealers we had stopped at. No playing the tedious and time-consuming game of haggling...Ron showed me all about the car, took me on a test-drive, and answered all my many endless questions! The business manager was very gracious and came down on the price to accommodate me and 'earn my business.' Then the general manager helped me reach the price I truly wanted by helping me with the trade-in. He even offered to tow my car from Bridgewater to Dedham! It was the easiest, fastest, simplest, and best car-buying experience I've had over 40 years of car buying. I was about to return to another dealer, but decided over lunch that if the personal treatment I had received, which outshone all dealers from RI to MA, was indicative of future transactions, I couldn't find a better deal or dealer. The financing with Dave was a breeze. He explained the different options so that I truly understood, and the financing outcome was even better than what I imagined. Today, I asked if they would replace one car mat, and they replaced all the mats at no cost! I love my beautiful 'new' used car...which really does look and drive like a brand-new car.
