I found Anthony to be extremely knowledgeable about the product and he gave us the best introduction to the car's system capabilities that I could imagine. In about 15 minutes, he clearly and completely showed us how to get on the road in our new car and be able to use the systems (with which we were unfamiliar) almost immediately. This was very important to us since we had made the purchase agreement over the phone and had to drive in from 8 hours away to finish the paperwork. Anthony was also very friendly, professional, and courteous. I would look forward to working with him again. Thanks Anthony. As has been said by others, let me add that Colin takes the time to explain the details of the work that needs to be performed in a simple easy to understand way and doesn't feel he is finished until all my questions are answered. When my car needed to be kept overnight he called me early in the day to tell me, didn't wait till the end of his day-and then next day called me to tell me my car was ready.
