I had no expectations when I called and spoke to a lovely woman named Jennifer on the phone. When I got there, she kindly offered me coffee or water and led me to Ron Scott, a salesman. He then listened very carefully to what I had to say and we went for a test drive, while he explained some of the superior aspects of the Volvo. While I loved the ride, I decided that I not want to buy one and was ready to leave. Ron then spent time looking for a used car that would have exactly what I needed at a price that I could afford. When he found one, we were both delighted and went for a test drive. He took his time with me and my questions, and patiently waited for my friend to come for another drive. He answered all of his questions with honesty and politeness and I am delighted to say that I took possession of it yesterday. I commend Ron for being such a competent salesman and know that I will recommend him to my friends. More

I ordered individualized wheels for my XC60, Patti together with Scott and Matthew made that possible, I can tell they put efforts to satisfy customers' needs, because changing wheels obviously is troublesome, they need to re-calibrate my car to insure everything goes well. Joe Kane, Graham Lower and David Molnar played important roles in my decision, but David Molnar is the reason why I decided to lease with HC Volvo. He was a true consultant to me during the whole sales/financing process and did not apply sales pressure while explaining the different options available to me. The moment I walked in the door I was greeted by one gentleman who opened the door for me. The receptionist asked my name and within seconds Amanda appeared then introduced me to Tom Naymie. I never felt any pressure or stress during the whole process and Tom made it easy for me, having no doubts that I chose the right dealership. Tom took the time to explain everything about the vehicle, took me on a test drive covering all roads from highway to city streets. Tom was very easy to talk to and pleasant. I have never been so relaxed before when buying a car, new or used. Dealing with David Molnar, the finance manager, was a pleasure as well. David laid everything out so that I understood where all numbers were coming from and explained, in detail, each option available to me for the vehicle I was purchasing. He shared his own use of these options on his vehicle making me feel better about whether I should purchase them. He also got me the lowest available finance rate even after I told him I might finance through my own bank. I found David to be very organized and thorough. Any question I had was answered by both Tom and David and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. The no haggle or "Smart Pricing" addition to this dealership is by far the best thing going when buying a car. Thank you again to everyone at Herb Chambers Volvo of Norwood.
