When I arrived at the dealership which is not close to my home I had already agreed to the terms remotely with Sean Parent and Graham Lower and basically just needed to sign the papers when I came in. Still, before signing, David Nadeau insisted that I took the actual car I would be purchasing for a test drive without any financial motivation whatsoever. Dave was also very helpful meeting me in NH to register the car and patiently walking me through all the features of the electronics and entertainment system when I picked the car up the following week. For my most recent car purchase I engaged with a handful of Volvo dealers in New Hampshire and I am confident that this is the best Volvo dealership in Southern NH and Eastern Mass. The new showroom they opened up in 2016 is just a cherry on the top and I look forward to bringing my vehicle in for service. I have personally recommended this dealership to my friends as well. For someone who doesn't know a lot about cars at all what they do best is explain things in perfect English for me that I understand. Mike, Colin, and Matt are usually the three I deal with most and I can't say anything other then how exceptional and great they are. The best part about them besides making something complicated seem simple is just that they are real human beings. A lot of places you go to pretend to be know it all and follow a script. Not these folks. They are the most genuine around and are easily the most knowledgable. Herb Chambers are very lucky to have such quality employees who care and put the customers needs first above their own. More
