I had a sudden brake “grinding” issue. They took my car the next morning, diagnosed and fixed the issue the same morning. My usual Vovlo dealer said they could not help me for 2 weeks. The service departme the next morning, diagnosed and fixed the issue the same morning. My usual Vovlo dealer said they could not help me for 2 weeks.
