Top of the line Service Center I am so impressed with the service center of Volvo of Norwood. Each time I have been in they are ready and waiting. They are always timely and refer t I am so impressed with the service center of Volvo of Norwood. Each time I have been in they are ready and waiting. They are always timely and refer to me by name, making me feel right at home. Today I went in and had some things done and worked with Peter, he's wonderful. Dealer went above and beyond This past weekend had a tire blowout on Rte 95. Called Volvo Roadside assistance, after a while got a text that they where having a problem getting a This past weekend had a tire blowout on Rte 95. Called Volvo Roadside assistance, after a while got a text that they where having a problem getting a tow truck too me. I called back and explained that my wife has Alzheimer and any help would be appreciated. Young man put me on hold and said he was going to call dispatch. Came back on the line told me he found a tow company and would be their in45 min. I then called Volvo of Norwood, I asked if I could get a loaner for the day or least a ride home. I also explained to them my situation. Sales Manager Mike got on the phone, said they don't have loaner on the weekend, but he called the general Manager and we would have a car ready. When I arrived in the tow truck, Mike was waiting at the door, also Joy the recepionist was with him. With Nancy whom I met when I purchased the after market product, they immediatly jump in to help my wife. Help her go to the rest room and stayed with her while I did the paper work. This was truly one of the best experiences I have ever had at a car dealership. You have a customer for life, took a awful situation and turned it into one I will trully remember for ever. Thank you to all involved, Joy, Mike and Nancy you all are the best. More

Basic servicing visit I've been dealing with herb chambers Volvo of Dedham for a long time, long before herb chambers purchased them. For someone who doesn't know a lot abo I've been dealing with herb chambers Volvo of Dedham for a long time, long before herb chambers purchased them. For someone who doesn't know a lot about cars at all what they do best is explain things in perfect English for me that I understand. Mike, Colin, and Matt are usually the three I deal with most and I can't say anything other then how exceptional and great they are. The best part about them besides making something complicated seem simple is just that they are real human beings. A lot of places you go to pretend to be know it all and follow a script. Not these folks. They are the most genuine around and are easily the most knowledgable. Herb Chambers are very lucky to have such quality employees who care and put the customers needs first above their own. More
