From finding me the right car to the financing they were very informative and helpful. They made this process easy and stress free. I wanna give yall a little bit of a back story. My G37 Infiniti was rear ended on October 5th and was estimated as a total lose. I was freaking out about what I was going to do about having a car. My car is my livelihood. My husband saw how worried I was so he contacted Quinton on October 9th to see if he could help us find a car. Quinton reassured my husband that he would find me a car that I would love. I don't think I've mentioned yet that I'm very picky. So I knew this would be a challenge for us all. I had been wanting a suv for awhile now but wasn't sure what kind. Quinton called my husband the next day and said I think I found the one for her. To be honest I was a little skeptical because I was being picky about everything. I took a test drive in what is now my new 2019 Volkswagen Tiguan and I still wasn't sure. Quinton suggested I take it home for the night to get a real feel for the car. Before doing so D'Anthony gave me the run down about the ins and outs of the car he was very detailed and thorough. D'Anthony and Quinton both seemed to have a good time showing me the car. The more I got excited about the things they were showing me, you could tell they were excited too for me. That was a really nice feeling seeing them get excited for me. This is the second car I've bought through Quinton and I highly recommend him to everyone. My Infiniti was through someone else and I will say no one has been so caring and helpful as Quinton, D'Anthony and Steve. Steve worked on the finance for us. I honestly didn't think getting a car would be possible. My husband and I have been having a rough time the past couple of years financially. So our credit has gone down and with my Infiniti not being finished with the insurance claim. I honestly was scared about not getting approved. But Steve worked hard on finding someone to finance us with a payment that was possible for us. Sorry I've made this so long but I really wanted yall to know just how hard these guys worked for my family and I to have the best car fit for me and the best price my husband and I could handle right now. So the Infiniti was wrecked on the 5th of October. I test drove my new 2019 Volkswagen Tiguan on the 9th and 10th of October but before the end of the day on the 10th the Tiguan was officially mine!! I highly recommend Herb Easley Motors Volkswagen/Mazda and these three awesome guys, Quinton, D'Anthony and Steve!! They were very well educated on their products and very informative, thats something you don't always see when purchasing a vehicle. They were also very understanding and open minded about what is possible or not for you when it comes to the price. They work with you to find the best and right deal for you. Small crack in the windshield and missing rear headrests. Again not addressed until I made it a condition of the purchase. More
