Disappointed James Bynum & Patrick James were amazing at the time of purchase for my used vehicle! They got into a vehilce I needed for my daughter and I. Unfortunately, this experience has now turned unpleasant. I noticed my hood was flutterung so I called and took it in to have them look at it. Quick fix and they tightened the hood. The customer service and attitude had changed from time of sale to a few days later. I had low tire pressure when I had my hood looked at and it was on my screen but they didn't mention it or offer to check the tire pressure so I left and went to All American Car Wash and they checked my tires. I didn't inspect the windshield closely enough because 4-5 days after purchase I notice a small crack. Then after further inspection there was another small scratch. When I called they basically said that I was lying because they have several guys check the vehicle prior to selling. He must have been asleep that day because he missed these. I have no reason to lie. Within a week of owning and no willingness to look at or anything. Cosmetic or not that is a bit ubsurd and I don't appreciate being insinuated as a liar about the chips in the windshield. So incredibly disappointed and will not be recommending. More
