I was approached within the first 30 seconds of pulling into the lot (a surprise because of my experiences elsewhere). Drew waved at me and gave one of the truest welcomes Ive ever recieve when looking at cars in my life. I instantly felt welcome and comfortable with him! After telling him some ideas I have been tossing around in my head, he knew EXACTLY what would fullfill my desire. I have been buying cars for nearly 25 years and I can tell you right now, my family is only going to Herb Easley from here on out! Drew shared with me some stories about his time in the Army, and I knew he was the salesman for me. I was an Army brat growing up and knew i was in safe hands. Later that day, I purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Duramax, and never thought id have something as amazing as this truck. I asked him if we could add nerf bars and his reply was "black or chrome?" Will Not do business with I called about a 2001 Ford Crown Vic two months ago that was about 5500 dollars. I was not interested in leather seats but they salesman would not bud I called about a 2001 Ford Crown Vic two months ago that was about 5500 dollars. I was not interested in leather seats but they salesman would not budge on the price. Now I see it listed 3 days ago for 4477 and called about it. I asked if they could meet me halfway between my city and theirs, which the salesman offered to do two months ago. The response was lackluster, and I will have to talk to my manager. The sales person would call me back. I never got a call, I called back and was told the manager is just coming out of a meeting, but still I did not get a call. I called the next day and was again told I would be called back. Still nothing. I called the next morning and said I will drive down and probably buy it, and was told, oh, it was sold at a wholesale auction yesterday. I will never do business with this car dealership. More
