I came in to get my rear tire looked at since it was making some noise, and they were able to d Wanted to give a huge shout out to the team at Subaru! I came in to get my rear tire looked at since it was making some noise, and they were able to diagnose and resolve quickly with a clear description on what was wrong and how they fixed it. They even walked me back into the garage as the technicians were working to look under my car and see exactly what was wrong. Additionally, they were very welcoming and made the process seamless. I was bringing my car in after taking my dog to a vet appointment, and Claudia not only took care of me but welcomed my dog too! She was so friendly, and gave my dog a treat and water while we waited. I definitely recommend this dealership, and thoroughly enjoyed my visit today. More

I've gone to the dealer each time and I was on the verge of just going to an instant oil change place on my nex This is my 7th oil change for my car. I've gone to the dealer each time and I was on the verge of just going to an instant oil change place on my next trip (they always say, "don't go to the dealer for service, it's a rip-off). I went in this time and they automatically applied coupons up front & let me know how much it was going to cost. I got the oil changed, tires rotated, the "inspect everything else" treatment and a quicky car warsh for just about $100. At Valvoline I think they used to charge $60 or some ridiculous price for the tire rotation. Going to the dealer once every six months isn't too bad, plus I have the peace of mind that they have the Subaru name to protect so they'll make sure they do everything right. That and the staff is super friendly. More
