Best Subaru Service Department in DMV Area I moved away from this location in 2016, and I have at least two other locations much closer to my new home. I still come to Herb Gordon because no one else comes close to their level of service. The fact that I can take a loaner for free if I need to run errands during the appointment is worth the drive. To my knowledge, literally no other dealership in my area does that. Today was my first time working with Vitaly, and he was exceptional. I just had my 54k service and have had 6k services regularly, and I've always had a great experience here. Claudia was my last interaction at 48k over the summer, and she was also great! More

Worth the drive I chose Herb Gordon for my Subaru, first because it was the only dealership with my choice of vehicle. Secondly, the customer service is great. I usually have the experience of dealing with Michael, who i believe has a great amount of admiration for his job, and the customers. Excellent service in little time. Everyone’s time is valuable. I have had 4 scheduled services done on my vehicle while I wait. No pick the car up later, get a loaner or rent a car.
