Repeat customer I just leased my 2nd vehicle at Heritage Cadillac and this experience was just as good as the first. For both leases my salesman was Joe Ignoffo. Joe I just leased my 2nd vehicle at Heritage Cadillac and this experience was just as good as the first. For both leases my salesman was Joe Ignoffo. Joe is great to work with; for the 2nd time he found the exact vehicle I was looking for. I never felt any high pressure sales tactics and feel I got a very fair deal. When this lease is up I will return to Heritage and see Joe again. With my prior vehicle I returned to Heritage for all scheduled maintenance and will continue to do so. I never had a scheduling issue and on the occasions I waited for the maintenance the waiting area was always clean and even has desks so I was able to do my job while waiting. More

They took the time to really showcase the vehicle we were considering (and eventually purchased) and go over buying options in detail. When it came to picking up our new car, our salesman took the time to go over all the workings of the car both inside and out as well as giving us a tour of the service department so we'd be familiar with that if we ever needed it. Never did we feel like we were being rushed and we left feeling very satisfied and confident with our new car purchase. More
