Tommy Capps is the best :) He truly goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable when buying a car which can usually be a bit stressful. Cadillac XTS 4 Driver seat I have purchased a Cadillac 2014 XTS 4 that I just love from heritage Cadillac. My car is 2 1/2 years old I noticed the driver seat down by the co I have purchased a Cadillac 2014 XTS 4 that I just love from heritage Cadillac. My car is 2 1/2 years old I noticed the driver seat down by the controls for settings had two small tears so I stopped at heritage Cadillac. To get my car wash and I was telling one of the service man about my seat and he was telling me it's not under warranty and I was shocked I mean this is a Cadillac. I ask to speak with Mike Stamenkovich The service manager and he said Al not to worry about it he would take care of it at no cost what a great experience once again I can't speak highly enough about heritage Cadillac from the time you enter those overhead doors to the time you pay the cashier what a great welcome . My boys love to visit the dealership, talk cars and get the latest on the new models and technology. We trust Keith implicitly and will buy our future Caddies no where else. The team there is so effective and their follow-up and communication so effective, its as close to painless as any service visit could be. Heritage Exceded my Expectations I went to my local Cadillac dealership to negotiate what I thought was a fair deal. Once I finished my negotiation, I figured that I would give an online option a shot. That is how I met Kieth Herrera at Heritage Cadillac in Lombard IL. I was upfront with the numbers as I had nothing to loose. Kieth assured me that Heritage Cadillac could match the other dealership's offer on my trade and then beat them on price. To top it off, Keith and his team provided me with an XT5 that had more options than the other dealership! Again, this was all done at a lower cost that made it worth the drive. When we got to Heritage Cadillac, we were very impressed with the staff. There is a reason that Heritage has been selling Cadillacs for 50 years - they have maintained focus on the total customer experience. Another reason - they are a working team of professionals. We were greeted by Todd Cunningham who handled every detail of the sale. We also met with Dan Paz who confirmed our trade negotiation. We then finalized our transaction with Kieth and then actually had my wife's car presented to her by Keith and Todd on the show room floor. The General Sales Manager, Darren Schaffert also came over introduced himself and thanked us for our business. So for anyone in the market for a new Caddilac, if you don't start your car buying experience at Heritage Cadillac you should at least give them a shot before you sign somewhere else because it is very possible that you will get a better deal and the customer experience of a lifetime. Believe me there is a reason that they were the 2016 Cadillac dealer of the year. More
