A bit disappointed this time. Your website advertised that if your car needed service that someone could pick it up from your home or a designated location AND that it would be del Your website advertised that if your car needed service that someone could pick it up from your home or a designated location AND that it would be delivered back in the same manner. It was also stated that your car would be sanitized upon it’s return. These were the reasons that I decided to have my Cadillac serviced at this time. Upon calling, I was told that you no longer were picking up cars for service but that I could drop it off and leave the keys inside (which I did). I had to call to find out if my car was ready which came in on Tuesday. I called on Saturday and was told that It was ready, but the service person was waiting to see if I wanted a repair that I did not want. I stated that I would call if I wanted it but go ahead with the two service items agreed upon. I also read on your website that you were open until 6pm on Saturday, which I was told at 1:00 that you were only open until 2pm. I agreed to pay on line and for my keys to be left in the car for a later pick up. I asked if the car would be sanitized and the answer was no, we don’t do that anymore. This is still on the website, which is false advertising. I have had tremendous experiences with service (and Shelly) over the years with Heritage, but this was not one of them. More
